The Friends of Christ Church Cathedral proudly
presents Cathedral Concerts for 2010-2011, adding
to the cultural fabric of the City of Hartford
and the surrounding capital region. Concerts this
year include the first Thursday series, “Lunch... Plus!”,
which begins on Thursday, October 7, at 12:15
p.m. in the Cathedral House Auditorium; weekly
Midday Organ Recitals, which began on Tuesday,
September 14, at 12:35 p.m. in the Cathedral;
Choral Evensong on various Wednesdays at 6:00
p.m. and Sundays at 3:30 p.m.; and the Music in Liturgy
series throughout the year. Please refer to this

The cathedral will be filled with music and readings of the season, sung by Northwest Connecticut’s renowned choirs. Old and new arrangements of carols and seasonal songs will be performed, along with traditional carols for the audience.
